OStor may ask you for your email to open an account either via its website or application. All your email identifier data will be considered as your privileged information. If you choose to delete your account, your OStor will delete all data automatically from OStor including email. OStor may use your email id to contact you with news and updates regarding OStor product OStor may send you an invitation link when OStor account can be created again and added to it, your permission will be asked for the same by OStor application at the time of deleting your account.
Our overriding policy always is to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a
completely private and anonymous user experience.
Ziroh Labs user data collection is limited to the following data:
1. Account creation : We do not require any personal information to create an account. Should you choose to provide it, we do associate your email address with your account (for password recovery, or notifications only).
2. Account activity : Your activity with the Ziroh Labs servers are not recorded. We do not have the ability to decrypt your encrypted content.
3. Communicating with Ziroh Labs : Your communications with Ziroh Labs, such as sales and support requests, bug reports, or feature requests are retained and may be saved by our staff.
4. IP Logging : Ziroh Labs’s policy is to NOT to log any IP information.
We also have no technical means to access your encrypted files, messages, index contents. We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal data to any third party. Any data that we do have will never be shared except under the circumstances described below in Data Disclosure.
To provide service through OStor, Ziroh Labs will only disclose the limited user data we possess if we receive an enforceable court order from any competent court of India. If a request is made for encrypted file content or the index generated, Ziroh Labs does not possess the ability to decrypt, the fully encrypted message content may be turned over. Personal data may be disclosed to any third party if we are required to do so because of an applicable law, court order or government regulation. If permitted by law, Ziroh Labs will always contact a user first before any data disclosure.
To provide you with the Services, Ziroh Labs store, process and transmit information in locations around the world - including those outside your country. Information may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services. Data is always stored in encrypted format on our servers. Offsite backups may be stored periodically, but these are also fully encrypted. Ziroh Labs does not possess the ability to access any user encrypted message content on either the live servers or in the backups.
When a Ziroh Labs account is closed, data is immediately deleted. If you delete your account, we'll also delete all data pertaining to your account. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Only you can access your account information and service only through the use of an individual user ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose to any other person. It is to be noted that OStor will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email or any other way.
This Agreement is governed by the substantive and procedural laws of India and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka in any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
Ziroh Labs reserves the right to periodically review and change this policy from time to time. All
